COMMEMORATIVE TREE PLANTING CEREMONY – SOWING THE SEEDS FOR SOFAVI’S SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
As part of the Relaunch Ceremony of Vietnam’s first and only Sorbitol production plant, the commemorative tree planting ceremony was solemnly held with the participation of representatives from the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Tay Ninh, Vietnam National Chemical Group, Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), and the People’s Committee of Tan Hoi Commune.
This meaningful activity not only marked the revival and renewed development of Sorbitol France-Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SOFAVI), but also demonstrated the spirit of cooperation and strong partnership among government authorities, businesses, financial institutions, and local communities in the journey toward building a modern, green, and sustainable industrial sector.
The trees planted within the factory premises today are not merely commemorative symbols, but also represent faith, expectations, and aspirations for the long-term development of Sorbitol France-Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SOFAVI) in particular, and Vietnam’s biochemical industry as a whole.
Speaking at the ceremony, company representatives stated that SOFAVI is committed to developing under a green, high-tech, and environmentally friendly production model aligned with the sustainable development strategy of the local region. Therefore, the commemorative tree planting ceremony also serves as the company’s commitment to supporting environmental protection initiatives, promoting the circular economy, and enhancing the value of Vietnamese agriculture.
The presence of leaders from Tay Ninh, Vietnam National Chemical Group, Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), and local authorities at the tree planting ceremony reflected their attention, support, and confidence in the future development of Sorbitol France-Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SOFAVI) during this new stage.
