HONORING OUTSTANDING TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS – THE PEOPLE WHO CONTRIBUTED TO SOFAVI’S REVIVAL
As part of the Relaunch Ceremony of Vietnam’s first and only Sorbitol production plant, Sorbitol France-Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SOFAVI) and PSD Group solemnly held an appreciation and awards program to honor teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the reconstruction and successful restart of the plant.
This was not only an activity to recognize outstanding achievements, but also a heartfelt tribute to the individuals who quietly devoted themselves, stood together through hardships, and persevered through the most challenging period to help revive an industrial project of special significance to Vietnam’s biochemical industry.
Throughout the restructuring and recovery journey of the plant, many engineers, managers, specialists, and workers worked tirelessly day and night on-site, directly participating in repairs, operations, system improvements, and the resolution of numerous technical, equipment, and scheduling challenges.
In particular, many managers and engineers temporarily set aside their personal lives, leaving their families in Ha Noi and various other provinces to travel to Tay Ninh and accompany the project under harsh weather conditions and intense work pressure.
The leadership of Sorbitol France-Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SOFAVI) emphasized that the spirit of unity, responsibility, and determination shown by the entire workforce was the essential foundation behind today’s success.
Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of PSD Group stated:
“SOFAVI’s achievements today do not belong to any single individual, but are the result of collective belief, perseverance, and resilience. The individuals honored today symbolize the spirit of revival and the aspiration of Vietnamese people to master advanced technology.”
The recognition and awards program also reflected SOFAVI’s commitment to building a people-centered working environment, appropriately acknowledging the contributions of employees while spreading a spirit of dedication and corporate pride among all staff members during this new stage of development.
The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere of emotion and pride, marking a meaningful milestone in SOFAVI’s development journey — a journey defined by revival, unity, and the ambition of Vietnamese enterprises to reach new heights.
